Legal
Cookies policy
Here we explain what cookies HabloHack uses, on what legal basis, how your consent is collected, and how you can manage or withdraw it.
Last updated: 01/09/2026
3. Legal basis for processing
| Type of cookie | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Technical and necessary cookies (session, authentication, language, time zone, payment) | Legitimate interest of the controller / performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.f and 6.1.b GDPR). Consent is not required, in accordance with Article 22.2 LSSICE |
As of today, HabloHack only uses technical or necessary cookies (see section 5). No non-essential preference, analytics, or advertising cookies are used. For that reason, a consent banner is not currently legally required: it is sufficient to inform about these cookies, as this document does.
If analytics or advertising cookies are added in the future, they will be added to the table in section 5, a consent banner with prior blocking will be implemented, and this policy will be updated before they are activated.
4. Consent management panel (CMP)
Since all of hablohack.com's current cookies are technical or necessary, we do not display a consent banner: it is not required when there are no non-essential cookies to activate.
If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will implement a consent management banner with prior blocking (no non-essential cookie will load before your express acceptance), with equivalent "Accept", "Reject", and "More options" choices, and we will update this document before activating it.
7. How to manage or withdraw consent
You can manage, modify, or withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, through:
- Site cookie panel: by reopening the banner from the cookie management link available in the footer.
- Browser settings: in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge you can block or delete cookies by following each browser's instructions.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy due to regulatory changes, the addition or removal of providers, or recommendations from supervisory authorities. The current version will always be available on hablohack.com. In the event of substantial changes, we will ask for your renewed consent through the banner.
