Through hablohack.com and the app we provide access to a graded Spanish reading service, vocabulary in context, and review via flashcards with spaced repetition.
Anyone who accesses this website or the app assumes the role of Visitor, which implies full acceptance of the provisions of this Legal Notice.
We reserve the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will take effect upon publication.

- User or Student: a natural person who creates an account to access the stories, lists, and flashcards.
- Subscriber: a User who purchases a paid plan.
- Community content: vocabulary lists or other items that a User decides to publish so that others may view or clone them.
2. Conditions of access and use
2.1. What HabloHack is
HabloHack is a Spanish-learning platform that combines leveled reading, a reader with translation and pronunciation on tap for each word, personal, official, and community vocabulary lists, and a flashcard system based on the FSRS algorithm to prioritize reviews.
For paid subscriptions, HabloHack facilitates payment processing through Stripe, as an external payment services provider. The terms applicable to each subscription are detailed in the Terms of Purchase.
2.2. Account registration
Access to the website as a Visitor does not require registration. Use of the study features (full reader, lists, flashcards) does require creating an account, with acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Purchase.
Some features may be offered free of charge and others only within a paid plan, as indicated from time to time on the pricing page.
2.3. Accuracy of information
The information you provide us must be truthful and up to date. You are solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements you make and for any damage that may result to HabloHack or to third parties.
2.4. Minors
To use HabloHack, persons under 14 years of age must first have the consent of their parents or legal guardians, who will be responsible for the acts carried out by the minors in their care. Purchasing the Pro Plan by minors under 18 also requires that payment be made with the authorization and payment method of their parent or legal guardian. See also the minors section in our Privacy Policy.
2.5. Obligation to make correct use of the platform
You agree to use HabloHack in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, morality, and accepted standards of conduct. Among other things, it is prohibited to:
- Transmit content contrary to fundamental rights and public freedoms.
- Publish discriminatory, defamatory, violent content, or content that incites criminal acts.
- Violate the right to honor, personal or family privacy, or the image of third parties.
- Introduce viruses or other elements that could damage our systems or those of third parties.
- Attempt to access, without authorization, other Users' accounts or restricted areas of the platform.
- Extract or reuse the content of the stories or lists in bulk (scraping) without authorization.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security incident, and you are responsible for the activity that occurs under your credentials.
2.6. Content published by the community
HabloHack allows you to publish your own vocabulary lists so that other Users can view or clone them. By publishing a list:
- You declare that the content is yours or that you hold the necessary rights to publish it.
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and allow other Users to clone that list within the platform.
- You accept that HabloHack may remove, without prior notice, any list or content that breaches this Legal Notice, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise inappropriate.
- You may request the removal of your published lists at any time, without prejudice to copies already cloned by other Users before the removal.
3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
We disclaim liability arising from information published on the website that has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to HabloHack.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service operational, but we cannot guarantee its continuous availability or the absence of errors, and we will not be liable for damages arising from interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure causes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "subject to availability". We do not guarantee that the service will meet all of your learning expectations, nor any specific results in vocabulary progress or retention.
5. Links
From hablohack.com you may be redirected to content on third-party websites. We have no control over such external content and assume no liability for it. We will immediately remove any link that contravenes applicable law, morality, or public order.
6. Personal data protection
